Frequently Asked Questions

Where are lessons held?

Lessons are held at 1265 Harvest Ridge Dr. Salem UT, 84653. Tracen is willing to travel to a court near you within Utah County for an additional fee.

What age groups do you work with?

All ages and skill levels are welcome — from beginners picking up a racket for the first time to competitive juniors and adults looking to sharpen their game.

What should I bring?

Bring your racket, water, and athletic shoes. Balls are provided. If you don't have a racket, let us know and we can arrange one for your first session.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected at the time of booking or at the beginning of the session. We accept Venmo and cash payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, without extenuating circumstances, will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
